The New Era of Search!
Team Notorious have been working on a project regarding the future (and present!) of Search, as well as the immediate bomb shell of AI via Google.
With the launch of Google’s new AI search feature in the UK, and particularly with the announcement that they are rolling out ads into AI mode, it highlights the ever-changing landscape & changing consumer behaviours when it comes to search.
As marketers, we all need to be thinking about this and adapting our strategies.
This also ties in with wider behaviours that we’ve recognised in the wider Search landscape, in particular Social Search (did you know that 51% of Gen Z women now prefer TikTok Search over Google?) and other AI platforms.
Diversifying your strategy when it comes to Search is ever more important, and brands must understand how to adapt their approach and know how to become part of the conversation.
