Time to announce our Q1 quarterly awards for BIG (Brilliance, Ingenuity & Graft). We have four superstar recipients walking away with riches beyond their wildest dreams (a voucher).

The legends of Q1 are:

🏆 BRILLIANCE: Imani White
A short but completely legendary tenure so far. Imani brings flawless delivery, pitch-winning prowess, and a super-incisive planning brain to the table every single day. A massive contribution to the team (plus, we finally figured out she isn’t Turkish).

🏆 INGENUITY: Yolandi De Villiers
The first name on the team sheet whenever there’s even a sniff of invention in a brief. Everyone wants a piece of her brain-even if it means dragging her into a last-minute, 4pm pitch brainstorm on a bank holiday Friday to deliver instant magic. Which she did. Obviously.

🏆 GRAFT: Robin Wooller
Robin’s average week hits more notes than a Black Sabbath solo. He’s been moving at breakneck pace cross-country, cross-category, and cross-time-zone for our clients, turning our absolute maddest ideas into reality.

🏆 THE ‘FEAST’ AWARD FOR OUTSTANDING EXCELLENCE: Dan McNicholas
A one-off award to celebrate a true renaissance man. Once described as the Ken Barlow of media insight, Dan has spent the quarter rising like a phoenix-building new custom insight tools, mastering the AI narrative, writing our culture manifesto, and inspiring the next generation.

We’ve worked with the ambitious team at Whitworths Ltd for the last few years, and their latest mission is one of their boldest yet.

We’ve just gone live with a high-impact OOH campaign across 116 strategic sites, strategically positioned near hospitals, government buildings, and major newspaper offices to ensure maximum visibility by the people in power.

Our aim isn’t just to raise awareness for @whitworthsuk brilliant range of snacks, it’s about challenging failing dietary guidance and driving a famous outcome for the nation’s health.

Small changes, huge impact. Now go and eat some nuts!
